1. All staff members are checked for body temperature twice daily. They wear gloves when not performing a therapy and sanitize their hands properly before the start of a therapy. They also wear a face shield and mask.

2. Disinfection is carried out regularly for spa rooms, beds, all surfaces like door knobs, furniture, equipment, faucets, railing etc.

3. Clients are checked for body temperature, given hand sanitizer and shoe cover at entry.
